Breath Weapon (Racial Power)

Once per battle, make a close-quarters breath weapon attack as a quick action using your highest ability score against one nearby enemy’s Physical Defense. On a hit, the attack deals 1d6 damage per your level of an energy type that makes sense for your character.

Adventurer FeatB2: Roll a hard save (16+) when you use your breath weapon. If you succeed, the breath weapon is not expended.

Champion Feat: Your breath weapon attack targets 1d3 nearby enemies in a group instead.

Champion FeatB2: Your breath weapon damage dice are d8s instead of d6s.

Champion FeatB2: The first time each battle you are staggered, you regain one use of your breath weapon attack if it’s expended.

Epic FeatB2: You can use your breath weapon twice per battle instead of once, and the target of your breath weapon attacks can now be far away.

Limited Flight (Alternate Racial Power)

One battle per day, you gain flight as a move action. You must land at the end of your turn or fall and take damage (as per the tier).

Champion Feat: You also gain limited flight while the escalation die is 4+, but lose it at the end of your turn in the round when the escalation die can no longer advance.

Adventurer Feat You gain a +2 bonus to attack with your breath weapon racial power, and you deal half damage on a miss.

Noxious Breath (Dragonspawn)

Champion Feat When you hit with your breath weapon racial power, the target is weakened (-4 to attacks and defenses) until the end of your next turn. If the target is staggered, the effect is “save ends”.
