Racial Bonus

High elves gain a +2 bonus to either Intelligence or Charisma.

Highblood Teleport (Racial Power)

Once per battle as a move action, place yourself in a nearby location you can see.

Champion Feat: Deal damage equal to twice your level to one enemy engaged with you before or after you teleport.

Racial Feats

Heritage of the Sword (Elf)

Adventurer Feat If you can already use swords that deal d6 and d8 damage without attack penalties, you gain a +2 damage bonus with them. (This bonus doesn’t increase miss damage.) Otherwise, if your class would ordinarily have an attack penalty with such swords, you can now use them without penalties.

Elven Archery (Elf)

Adventurer Feat You can use bows without attack penalty. When you wield a bow that you can already use without attack penalty from your class, you can reroll any natural 2s on attack rolls with it.

Champion Feat You don’t provoke opportunity attacks when making a ranged attack with a bow.

High Elven Magic Aptitude (High Elf)

Adventurer Feat Choose one of your at-will spells. Gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls with it.

Smug Superiority (High Elf)

Adventurer Feat You have a +1 bonus to attacks against humans, goblins, and kobolds.
